About Us
Dying is easy. Living is a pain in the butt. It’s like an athletic event. You’ve got to train for it. You’ve got to eat right. You’ve got to exercise. Your health account, your bank account, they’re the same thing. The more you put in, the more you can take out. Exercise is king and nutrition is queen: together, you have a kingdom.

Ethos
The Longevity Path is not a hack.
It is not a shortcut. It is not a 30-day challenge or a “get in shape in time for summer” scheme. The Longevity Path is simply a way of life.
When you choose to embark upon the Longevity Path, you will need a few tools in your tool kit. Patience. discipline, consistency, and resilience are the main ones. If you have these, you will be able to successfully navigate the Path.
The longevity path is a mindset.
The longevity path is a mindset, a lens through which you view the world. Everything you do is done with the intention of living the best possible life both now and in the future. Students of the path do not defer their lives for some unknown future. They do not deny themselves pleasure in favor of a monk-like existence. Nor are they complete hedonists, chasing short term gratification without regard for the long term consequences.
Students of the path are mindful and intentional with all of their actions, striking a harmony between what they want in the present and what they want in the future.
The longevity path prioritizes health and vitality as the ultimate treasures, a wealth beyond measure in financial terms. It emphasizes a powerful mindset, a strong resilient body, and an indomitable spirit as qualities to pursue until one’s last breath.
