Discipline Wins the Longevity Game

Of all the qualities a disciple of the Longevity Path must cultivate, discipline is possibly the most valuable.

This treasured characteristic is the key to playing the long game successfully. It is the tool that will enable you to learn a new skill, the ingredient to sticking with training and good nutrition for life, and the fuel to sustain you when your resilience is tested.

Discipline is forged over time, like the steel of a master samurai swordsman. It is subjected to a crucible to ensure it lasts and doesn’t fade during tough times.

Discipline recognizes that the Longevity Path is not the easy path. It is undoubtedly the road less traveled. Discipline will support you as you travel to where others do not have the Will or courage to go. Discipline accepts the reality that the Path is difficult and presses forward.

Discipline embraces the Joy of Work. It makes work sacred, a calling that demands excellence and professionalism and grit at all times.

Discipline loves the process. The Longevity Path requires patience and curiosity to continually strive to live in a state of high performance for the maximum number of years possible.

Discipline sets the highest possible standards for one to live a meaningful, fulfilling, satisfying life full of peak experiences, joy, happiness and beauty.
